Our founders, Tom and Trish Le, began their professional careers as computer engineers and spent many years working in the technology industry in Northern Virginia. Their engineering backgrounds taught them how to analyze complex systems, solve problems, and create practical strategies — skills they now bring to retirement and financial education.
